We don't want to keep you waiting for your new toys so we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed before 11 am Monday To Friday are normally dispatched the same day.
Personalised or custom orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours.
UK Delivery: We use Royal Mail tracked 48 as standard, you can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 24 for an additional cost, so your order should reach you within 1-2 days after dispatch depending upon the service you select. For delivery to Europe, USA and Canada please place order via our Etsy Shop

Our aim is to keep postage costs to a minimum. Please note the majority of our catnip toys need to be sent as a small parcel.
We are happy to enclose a gift message with your order if you are sending as a gift.
Packaging is very important to us, we make every effort to make your delivery as special as possible. We include a blank gift card and catnip information flyer with every order.
